I’ve been a serial entrepreneur for over 20 years now. Building loads of websites and email lists has taught me a lot of lessons. Lessons that I can share with you so you can fast track your online business success. Learn from my lessons instead of struggling for years.

Otherwise, you’ll never get ahead. Jobs and wages are just enough to get by. Taxes and bills eat up all your income when you work a job. Businesses get all the tax breaks. It’s worth it!
Even if you just start small and slowly build it up… it really pays off in money and self-respect.
You can do it. If I can do it as a simple blue collar person, anyone who puts in the work can as well.
Face it, the one worry we all have especially as you get closer to retirement is Money. Gotta have enough. You sure can’t count on a 401k or Social Security, right?
I’m 60 now and an marketer through and through even while working a job, I always had a side income/hustle running. It allows you options in your life. You are 100% in control of the outcome.

I want to share what I’ve learned and what I am currently doing in 2023 and onward. Most important you’ll see the mistakes I’ve made and the ones in the future so you can avoid the minefields.
I was hooked on internet marketing when it first started. In the beginning, it was jumping into affiliate marketing and building websites. All learned from Corey Rudl’s first course. It made it all seem so easy. I was wrong… it was very hard work and I made a lot of mistakes early on.
See it’s not really that hard but it is very confusing when you just start out.
The one thing you’ve got to do is take it slow and at your own pace. Learn one thing at a time and grow. There are a lot of pieces to put together and accomplish before the income starts.
So, it’s not for people who demand instant gratification. You’ll have to put the work in first and let it soak.
But if you follow the right plan, and you can learn that by watching what others who succeed do.
You too will wake up in the morning one of these days and realize that you made REAL money while you were sleeping.
And once you make a $1, you can keep making more dollars over and over again.
At first, it will seem overwhelming and you’ll want to quit but if you keep doing the work, good things will come.
Right this very moment, hundreds and even thousands of people just like you are earning spare time income from simple website pages on the internet.

You only need to be one step ahead of your audience, you don’t have to be a guru at all.
Currently I am semi-retired at 60 years old, living just north of Seattle and run a part-time marketing agency and several niche websites.
Here’s how I started 20 years ago.
Chose a niche with a need. I love the outdoors so I started a hiking website and started writing web pages filled with info on hiking in Washington.
Wrote 120 pages (not all at once) and started getting as many as 55k a month in visitors.
From there, I added an opt-in form and started an email list of hikers.
Once you have traffic and a list, you add monetization. I used Google Adsense ads in the beginning and soon was making $100’s each month from that. Then add affiliate marketing and start recommending products and services for commissions.
It can be as simple as that.
But, things change constantly on the internet, so be ready to pivot.
There are so many options when it comes to an online business it gets hard to choose. Choose one, the chance of being a millionaire with your first website is slim. Think of your first one as simply practicing your craft.
It’s your audition or training wheels.
Once you run through starting a website you’ll learn and progress no matter the income. You become more skilled and better at it with practice.
Give that website at least 6 months to a year before you even think about quitting on it and doing something else.
Now that you know what you are doing… You can pick another niche or business model.
And your second one will do even better.
The worst thing to do is waste another year of your life looking for a niche.
Here’s my tips to think about when choosing your GOOD niche (group of people) to start with…
1. Lot’s of buyers who spend money on it.2. There are lots of others selling to these people (lots of ads visible)3. Desperate problem or a hobby they love4. Lots of products you can offer them (affiliate or your own creations)5. Lots of questions people have on the subject6. Easy to create content on the subject
When you first start out, paid traffic is going to be too expensive so I highly recommend you get traffic from Youtube videos and a little Facebook social media efforts.
Never in history has it been so easy to reach anyone in the world for free. It just takes work and time to create more useful helpful content that answers peoples burning questions.
