Welcome and thanks for registering to be a partner. I’m looking forward to working with you and both of us making a lot of money together over the next few years.

I believe in keeping things simple so less things break. So my affiliate program is a simple one.

You send people to my funnel opt-in page for a free report.

I pay you 50% commissions on any of my products they buy in the funnel. Your leads will be cookied by Thrivecart.

And every time I send an email to them, you have a chance to earn a commission if they buy one of my products.

Here is the plan:

1. You register to be an affiliate of mine over at Thrivecart. If you already have a Thrivecart Account, use that button. Otherwise start a new account so I can pay you commissions. You should have gotten your signup link in an email I sent you. If you need it again, simply email me.

2. I’ll see your application and take a look. When I approve you, you’ll be able to get your affiliate link and start promoting it.

That link is for one of my products but the link will go to my free report squeeze page. (At the same time, I’ll be approving you for all the other products in my funnel so you can earn commissions on everything.)

When they opt-in, they will get the free report and an OTO offer. Then they go on my list and I’ll start sending them regular emails (content + promos). You’ll earn commissions on any of my products they buy in the funnel.

I typically email 5 times a week to my list.

3. As soon as you’re approved and get your link, you can start promoting it and start earning.

4. Just recommend my free report and give them the link to click and visit. Let me do the selling for you. All you have to do is get them into the sales funnel.

NOTE: We both have the right to cancel this partnership at any time with 7 days notice. I reserve the right to add and remove products in the future to improve our results.

NOTE: No online tracking is 100% reliable so we will have to go by what the ThriveCart stats say. It’s the best we can do today.

1. No Spamming

Affiliates are not allowed to use unsolicited emails, messages, or aggressive tactics to promote the product. Spamming can lead to account suspension or permanent bans from the program.

2. No False Claims

Affiliates must avoid making misleading or untrue claims about the product or service they promote. Exaggerating results or guarantees (e.g., “Guaranteed to make you rich overnight!”) is strictly prohibited.

3. Use Only Approved Promotional Materials

We provide example banners, images, and copy to use. Affiliates must use these materials or ensure any custom materials align with the brand’s message. Misleading content can result in penalties.

4. Disclosure of Affiliate Links

Most affiliate programs require transparency, meaning affiliates must disclose that they are earning a commission from any product sales generated from their links. This is often required by both the affiliate program and legal bodies like the FTC (in the U.S.).

5. No Cookie Stuffing

Affiliates are prohibited from using tactics like “cookie stuffing,” where they artificially place affiliate cookies on a visitor’s device without the user clicking a link. This is considered unethical and can result in the termination of an account.

6. Avoid Bidding on Trademarked Terms

We prohibit affiliates from bidding on trademarked terms (such as the company name) in paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads). This prevents affiliates from competing directly with the brand for traffic.

7. Prohibited Types of Traffic

We don’t allow certain traffic sources, such as paid-to-click (PTC), pop-up ads, or traffic from adult sites. Please do not use them.

8. No Incentivized Clicks or Conversions

Affiliates can’t offer their own incentives (e.g., offering cashback or discounts) to get people to click on their affiliate links or buy products. This manipulates results and is not permitted. You may give a free bonus.

9. Compliance with Legal Standards

Affiliates must follow legal guidelines for promotions. This includes complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe or the FTC’s guidelines in the U.S., ensuring privacy policies are respected.

10. Maintain Ethical Behavior

Affiliates are expected to act in good faith and with ethical behavior. Fraudulent activities, such as making purchases through their own affiliate links, will get the account banned.

When do you get paid? After the refund period expires so expect your commission payouts after 30 days. I pay on the 15th of every month so you’ll get your money on the next payday after the 30 days. This saves us the hassle of messing with refunds and take-backs to cover them.

I promise to pay you for all verified commissions earned to the best of my ability. You promise to be a good affiliate and follow the standard affiliate rules. ie. no spamming, dishonesty, crazy claims or promises to your leads.

To protect my company, I have the right to cancel this agreement and remove people from the program at any time for any reason.

When do I get paid? I pay on the 15th of every month so you’ll get your money on the next payday after the 30 days. This saves us the hassle of messing with refunds and take-backs to cover them.

Am I guaranteed to make money with this? Quick answer is NO. I can approve you as a partner and give you a link and affiliate tools but you have to do the promoting of that link. I can’t do that for you. So, there is no way I can promise you’ll earn money with this affiliate program.

Some do great and some fail. It’s just a learning process and takes time and effort on your part to improve your affiliate marketing skills. No affiliate program is easy street or quick riches. It’s going to depend on your skills at getting the link to the right people (interested people). There is definitely a learning curve. This program is just an easy way for you to have something to offer people with a chance to earn commissions while letting my system do the selling for you. On autopilot.

How do I promote this program? Don’t be salesy or pushy, just a simple recommendation. Tell them about the free report and what you like about it. Tell them to go check it out for themselves. Simply share the free report link to your contacts, friends and family. On your social networks talk about marketing and when people engage, ask if you can send them a link to a free report you really liked.

Share the link in your emails, on your webpages and social networks. In your YouTube video descriptions. In any of your own blog posts, free reports, lead magnets or products of your own. Get friends online to spread the link for you on their stuff. Get people you know to add this free report on a bonus page/download page.

This is a new program so as we get going, be patient as I get it all working and flowing like a Swiss watch.

I will do everything possible to help us both make money with this opportunity. Because if you don’t earn commissions, I won’t earn anything either. 🙂
